Privacy Policy

Information you send us

When you book an appointment or request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, service address, email (for bookings), the service you need, and any notes. We use it to contact you and schedule service, and we store it in our scheduling and customer management system (Zuops).

Advertising and measurement

We use Google Ads, including the Google tag and website call tracking, to measure which ads lead to booked appointments, estimate requests, and phone calls, and to improve our ads. Google may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed, the ad you clicked, and a request ID when a request is completed. Call tracking may show a Google forwarding number that routes to our business line. When you arrive from an ad we also store the ad click ID and campaign details in your browser for up to 90 days and save them with your request.

The Google tag is not loaded for visitors in regions that require prior consent. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and you can clear our stored campaign details by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Form contact details and enhanced conversions

Submitting a form lets us contact you about your service request. It does not give permission to share your contact details with Google Ads for advertising matching. We currently do not send form names, phone numbers, email addresses, or service addresses to Google Ads as enhanced conversion data. Enhanced conversions would share those details in hashed form with Google Ads to measure ad results and improve advertising, and require a separate explicit advertising opt-in. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous.
